I'm in SoCal and have a '16 Streetglide Special bought in Sep. I had a problem installing a sissy bar on it and the direction I got from the HD customer service was to turn a shock upside down.
I felt pretty uncomfortable with that answer and went looking for and found this site. It was 5 min before I got the same answer from several other folks so I'm feeling better about it.
I'm sure I'll have other issues as it is, after all, a Harley and I have limited mechanic skills or desire to fix it myself.
