Hi y'all. Just want to properly introduce myself. I've been hanging around here (a lot) since I got my 07 Street Bob back in February
I started riding as a kid on a Honda XL 250 which was a lot of fun growing up in the country on the dirt roads and praries.
Didn't ride for years until last year when I rode my friend's old 85 Honda Shadow 700. That was the very bike I used to lust after back when I had the XL. I wound up buying the bike from him!
I was so green to street bike riding that I didn't even know about the biker's wave!
Didn't take long at all for the Harley bug to bite. The old Shadow is cool but just doesn't rumble like a Harley! That sound, that beautiful sound of an H.D. I'd hear 'em coming and I was hooked.
I've done a lot of stuff to myStreet Boband finally got my 16" apes put on so I'm ready to show it off a little.
Hope it's not rude to ask in my first post but how in the world do you post a pic? I've tried to create a gallery but it says thatthe feature is either downor I don't have permission...? I've also done searches and I've found threads with links that explain how to post but when i try to follow them I get the "don't have permission" thing.
