Hey ya'll, joining up from North Central Louisiana. Picked up a Low Rider S with 800 miles on it for a great price today. Traded a Buell XB12STT and Vulcan S. Had various sporty bikes prior to that, but back issues made it difficult to get my leg up high over the tail.
It felt like winter here today, but I had to take it for a quick spin. I think I'm going to love this thing.
Anyway, the bike belonged to the sales manager at a local dealership. It has thunder headers, the daymaker headlight, 2 inch (I think) risers, and the HD swingarm bag. So pretty much all the main things I would have added were already done. Except for the several thousand $ worth of add-ons I saw while browsing through the parts catalog today.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you, and learning a lot about the brand. Thanks!
Welcome brother from Winnipeg Canada
It's like a sickness .
No end to the upgrading possibilities but what a huge feeling of pride when you ride!
