Welcome fr: Central Canada. I know exactly what you mean, it also cost me a wack for furniture when I bought my FXRC lol

I bought my wife a diamond ring....headed to the Harley dealer and showed her the Sportster I wanted. She talked me out of it and I wound up with my SuperGlide instead. Enjoy the bike and by the way, I'm here in Northern IL too. Buffalo Grove to be exact. Lets ride!

Welcome!! I picked up my '05 Superglide just before the '06's hit the floor. At first I was disappointed when I heard all the new extras with the Dyna line. A couple hours on the road and I was over it. I was lucky, my wife was all in favour of me getting out of metric sport bikes and into Harley. It only cost me a ride (well many rides). I am sure you will enjoy the new toy. Ride safe!
