New guy in Florida
Hi everyone. I've been riding over 45 years and this is my first HD! I resisted buying one until the '14 remodel then I thought that HD was starting to get the styling more to my taste and then I rode a '17 with the M8 and that was all she wrote! I now own a '17 FLRTXS Road Glide Special in Velocity Red! Already started to make it my own by changing the grips, a SoftBrake +1 pedal and Progressive Suspension 944's in the rear.
Just about to the 1000 mile mark and then the dealer gets to keep the bike for a couple of days to replace parts that weren't to my satisfaction when it was delivered...that is a story for another thread.
Look forward to all of the experience and wisdom.
