Long time lurker
A little backstory for me, I grew up riding dirt bikes as a kid. I never rode tracks or competitively, mainly just riding the back woods of Tennessee with my brothers. I took a long hiatus until 4 years ago when I purchased my first bike, a Harley Nightster 1200. It was a fun bike to learn how to ride on the street but I quickly found it to be a bit too small to meet my needs. After about 9 months I traded it for a 2009 fatbob and I enjoy every minute I had with that bike. However, ever since I got into Harleys I've always had my eye on the fatboy. For my riding style and the aesthetics that I enjoy that was always my favorite bike. So, as a promotion gift, my wife surprised me with one. As of a week ago I'm a proud owner of a 2017 fatboy S.
Immediately after buying it I took it to the shop to throw on some bars and pipes and I can't wait to get it back hopefully on Wednesday. I went with the same bars I had on my fatbob, todds cycle 17 inch rise 1 1/2 strip bars and Vance and Hines big radius pipes. I don't have many pics of the fatboy yet, but I'll throw in what I have plus the old fatbob. Safe riding ladies and gentlemen.
