Quick intro ....I live on the east coast of South Africa, 70 odd km up the coast from Durban. Harleys are relatively new in our household, purchased 2 Sporty's a year ago. A std 883 for my better half and a 883 with the 1200 SE conversion from the dealer. This was a very brief arrangement as the std 883 was soon traded on a 2011 FXS for myself and my better half migrated to the 1200 Sporty.
I enjoy the fact that one can modify these bikes to one's personal taste and nobody is offended/critical with the outcome. Needless to say neither of my bikes last more than 10 minutes once home for the first time.
