I just picked up a '11 Fat Boy Lo after not having a HD for almost 10 years; had a Sporty, Super Glide, Road King, and Fat Boy, and since I am a Lifetime HOG Member I stayed interested. In the past 36 years I owned numerous other makes and just sold a ZX-14R and Super Blackbird. I have a bad back and cannot ride long or often and being 6'2" I needed something where I could get my legs up, which this allows me to do. And the days of cleaning chrome are long over so this bike in Denim Black fits the bill. I took my first ride on her yesterday and it felt like driving a big old slow dump truck compared to my last bikes but I loved it and this one should be my last. I look forward to participating and answering questions if I can.

I get it - coming off of performance bikes. Still have my R1. But, truth be told, I do spend most of my riding time rumbling along like that dump truck, and nothing feels better doing that than a Harley! Mine's a Fatboy too. No other bike I have ridden is as enjoyable just consuming miles at 'normal' speeds.
