Default New with question
Yeah I'm new. I was searching the net for some help on a problem and found this site. I have a 1976 FLH that has been done top to bottom. The ingition is now electronic and I think I already have a problem with it. The riding home from work today the bike just quit, pulled over, it started up, it quit, pulled over started it up. It did this three times. No sputter, no warning so I know it's not fuel. I'm thinking he module got hot, but I was hoping someone had a better idea, or had experienced this and found the fix.

Looked good sitting on the side of the road, feels better ridin'! Help if you can. . . PLEASE!

Had that problem on a '80 FLT. Breaker was going out and would cut all power at the most inopportune times. It would reset in about 2 min but kick out again later. Don't know if you have that kind of breaker(s) on your setup. Replaced it and had no further problems.
