Hey, Just got in here with all you fellow HD dudes. I'm Jimmy from NY. Got me a 1990 electra glide. Great bike. Go riding around town with my daughter as she has a bike too. She has one of them rice burners but we have fun. Bike's sittin in a tent now since it's cold as hell lately. Workin on it though. Changing oil and all that good stuff. Anyone know which oil is good for 90's evo motors ? I bought some of that redline stuff, the whole kit with the tranny fluid and all. It looks like good stuff since it's synthetic. Figured maybe will keep the heat down in the engine a bit. Well gotta go now. Merry Christmas to everyone. Ride Safe !! All the best Jimmy
Hey thanks for the welcome man. That's a nice lookin trike you got there. She's a beauty. Hmm, Idaho, I know somewhere in the midwest ? As in Idaho potatoes. My kinda place. I guess it's cold as hell in Idaho too right now. All the best, Jimmy...
A happy good morning to you Jimmy. This is the Welcome Area Only my friend. So questions like the oil etc. is better asked elsewhere. I will insert a chart for you below on where you can find our techies. And we have excellent techies.
Also my friend, if I am not mistaken that type of question has been asked maybe a thousand times. So before passing it again, you may want to use our "Search" feature which is pretty darn good and see what is said about that matter in the past.
In the meantime my friend, good to have you here!
Be sure to come to the games section. We have a lot of fun there and get to know (and joke around) with each other.
Now, back to business.
There will be an initiation having to do with a greased pig, a rope, and some hot sauce a little later today.
We have a ton of stuff here, like an excellent mechanical and technical section, Harley-Davidson videos uploaded by our members, humor, gun enthusiast, road trips, a food section, dark side section, great vendors, classifieds, regional activity, and a lot, a lot more.
Now, for my regular welcome to you...
