My last Pickle
Everything was out of adjustment, The stealer changed me $1200 for a 1000 mile service, cant see its ever been done, so I did it my self.
I named my Slim "Torky Pig" It seems at 93 MPH the front end wants to take off in a right twisting action. The frontend gets light and wants to leave the ground.
I've ridden 100s of bikes in the last 60 years, but never have I had a machine that fit like a glove. This bike was built for old folk.
My mods so far were a Saddlemen 2-up seat, the OEM sucked bad, I racked the spheres every time I shifted. What kind of seat doe not hold you in place, a Haley seat.
Added a Memphis Shades slim on dark smoked. The grips were not my cup of tea, so I went with Arlin Ness Air Trax. What a difference.
Air box got the Torky Pig logo on it, but inside I saw the oil filling up the air inlet so I ripped off the hose that spits back into the engine. Added a DK Customs catch can,
and a Brigg & Stratton pre filter to not only keep the filter cleaner longer, by a tad bit of enrichment for the fuel ratio.
Who keeps stock cans on Harleys? No I, A pair of Cobra Neighbor Haters make it sound like a Harley.
The cruise control I ordered In June, may be here next month, or its still floatin in the sea.
Just in case you have not done both of these two important items!
Be sure to add an Avatar of your favorite shot in the USER set up for the small picture others will see in the top left corner of your post with your USER name.
And most importantly a Signature Line in your USER set up for your bike model, year, and all the letters that Harley recognizes it with that others see at the bottom.
This enables others to know your exact model if you ever ask a question or another member interested in it may ask you a question about it.
Your all set.... Enjoy the ride! ______________
Yuppers, I gotta be old I reckon. Heard both of them songs for sure. I can tell you 1 thing, neither one of them (what you are both calling "songs") made it into my iTunes account or on my bike via a jump drive. Nope......didn't make it.

You are in the “New Members Area” where you can introduce yourself and let us know what Harley Davidson bike(s) (if any) you ride/own.
If you have questions about engines, exhaust systems, audio issues, etc… then:
1) Please go to the upper corner and Roll Over “Forums”
2) Then come down to and Roll Over “Harley Davidson Tech & Mechanical Forum”
3) Then come down to the section that would be most appropriate for your question like Audio Systems, Engine Mechanical Topics, Exhaust System Topics, etc… and CLICK on the topic you have a question about.
You will find the knowledge here is EXCELLENT and these here mates are willing to help you in any way they can. ‘juss be careful. There are some “Trolls”, so I suggest just ignoring them ‘ole farts.

I tell a lot of new comers to the forum to get: Factory Service manual and the Parts manual. Get a three ring binder and record all your maintenance, repairs, accessories, etc. This will be a great reminder of what was done when. And great material to pass along to the new owner should you sell and upgrade. Also know how large your fuel tank is, a rough idea of your range per tank, and record your fuel usage. I have an app called Simply Auto that I record all my fuel used. I use the odometer and use the fuel gage as reference only. I reset the odometer to zero on fill ups, and I know I can safely get 200 miles on a tank on around town riding, and upwards of 230+ on trips.
Good Luck!!
