Adirondacks in Fall is absolutely gorgeous. Funny little story, one of my wife's hobbies is photography. She has pro level gear. We were headed toward Blue Mountain Lake on the Ultra. I was doing about 70. We got home and she showed me some of the shots she took. I submitted this incredible shot of Blue Mountain to Motorcycle Bagger magazine, (this was in August) The editor emailed me we would be in January 2013 issue. I figured he was blowing me off. 5 months later a buddy of mine calls and says Bro, they put you in the magazine. That was super cool. I bought like 10 copies.
Have owned an Ultra Classic and Road Glide. Wife got cancer and we had to sell almost everything and tighten our belts while we concentrated on surgery, chemo and everything that goes with it. She's better back to work an expressed interest in us getting back on 2 wheels. So, I just ordered 22 Road King Midnight Crimson color today. Will be here first week in April. We are super stoked and can't wait to get back in the saddle. Looking forward to learning and sharing adventures with the forum.

Update: I decided instead to go with Vivid Black Road King Special
