Howdy. Very happy with my new 2021 Road Glide Limited! Came from many Honda vtx1800 for the speed, then a 2020 Triumph Rocket 3 GT for max speed, then asked what do I really like most when riding. Do I need max speed? Nope. It's cruising down the hwy, or not. My friend got a Ulta limited new, and I loved it and went to look at them. Told salesman I really want max wind protection on hwy. He showed my RG, said everyone that I know agrees this is best for that. Unlike many people I did not think shark nose was ugly! No idea how people see that but whatever. So first I sat on the ultra, then when I sat on RG it was love at first sit. Man that was the best feel I have had on any bike. Had not even ridden it and was sold. The riding feel is incredible. So comfortable. Sound is exactly perfect for me. No need for louder. At 69 yrs I'm good.
Slow speed practice a must. I look at YouTube alot and learned so much. Heal toe shifter I had put on 2nd day.

Welcome from Spartan Country, Michigan! I tell a lot of new comers to the forum to get: Factory Service manual and the Parts manual. Get a three ring binder and record all your maintenance, repairs, accessories, etc. This will be a great reminder of what was done when. And great material to pass along to the new owner should you sell and upgrade. Also know how large your fuel tank is, a rough idea of your range per tank, and record your fuel usage. I have an app called Simply Auto that I record all my fuel used. I use the odometer and use the fuel gage as reference only. I reset the odometer to zero on fill ups, and I know I can safely get 200 miles on a tank on around town riding, and upwards of 230+ on trips. Good Luck!!
