SO, UPDATE: Update on new handlebar install. The look awesome and seem to be very comfortable to me sitting in garage. Too cold here in WI right now to take her out. I won't take her out till salt is off the road. Anyways, the only thing I had to do with wiring was splice my new heated Harley grips and out on bars that the wires already had the shrink wrap tube with solder so it was simple. Heads up though if ya do this. There are 4 wires that come out of bars, white/black & black wire. Then a red & black wire. The Harley handle grips have 5 wires. Red, black & orange the black/white & black. Now what? I talked with Ret at KST and he talked to his wire tech and said the red & orange wire both go to the red wire from the bars. The rest goes with same colors. Just FYI. Having the wires in a plug & play setup was very nice and convenient. So, got it all plugged in and all put back together and turned the switch on and NOTHING... UGH!!! I texted Ret again and he had me check to make sure no wires were pinched in the right wire housing switches. Sure enough they were. Turned on, all lights came on and pushed the start button and NOTHING... UGH Again!!! Took housing back off and the wire harness for the start button came out. Plugged that back in and put it all together and Voila, she started. All lights, horn and turn signals work. What an experience. I am really glad I did it myself though. Long story short. If you are looking at new handlebars, check out KST Kustoms. The bars are very well made and the customer service is awesome. No, I am not affiliated with KST. Thanks for reading. Tzman50
