Welcome aboard from Omaha, Nebraska.
Word of advice:
Act civil and you'll be treated nice.
Act like an *** and you will be stomped on.

I am pretty new here, but I have to wonder why people post the same "welcome from <fill in the blank> in response of people posting in this section? Is it to build up their number of posts or ???

I don't get it. They add nothing to the forum, yet many people seem to do it regularly.

What am I missing here?
Welcome. If you don't like it, GTFO... there that was different.

I dunno, but I'd be happy to discuss it for as long as you want.
I need to get my post count up.

We do it to be nice and make people feel welcome and not ignored. Your negative view of someone's good intentions says alot about YOUR outlook now, don't it ???
My view isn't negative on people's intention or on this forum in general. I am simply curious if I was missing something.
