The URL you have posted is not valid. It takes you to a Photobucket Link but not a picture. Right click on the 2nd link (the one that says "Direct") under the picture in your photobucket account. Then click copy and insert it in your sig area. you have to put the Image brackets on either side of the URL link. It should look something like this when you are done.
