98 FLHTCUI

Just installed free flowing mufflers, andrews cam, and SE air intake. Is there anything that has to be done to the ECM? My H.D. service manager tells me there are no down loads for my bike. Do I need something like a Power Commander. If so which one is a better match for this bike. This is about all I will be doing to this bike. Runs good as it is. Need some help, please.[
