Go to Photo Gallery at the top of the page, then click on "Members Gallery" on the left of page (this is not a tab-Just look for Member's Gallerys). On the right of the page there should be a tab or something that says "Create New Album" or something like that. You can then upload your pictures from your own files. You may have to resize your pictures if they are too big. If you have anymore questions you can PM me.

Alright Kenny!!! You're a fast learner. Picture looks great and your gallery is really cool. How old is the picture of you and the police bike? That's a great picture!!!

You already have an album started. You can tell by the camera under your avatar. Click on that and in the top right you click "add photos". Good luck.
