Exhaust Delima
I have a 2007 roadking SE. Cant seem to get the sound i want. Changed out stock mufflers for modified SE slipons. Sounds good at idle but thats it. Bought rinehart slipons and got good sound at idle or just reving up engine but shifting up through the gears, the sound disapeared. Took out baffles in rinehard slipons hoping for more loudness but the bike now is loud but sounds like a nascar racer. I did not want to go with true duals because of loosing the crossover pipe and i felt it would hurt the look of the bike!! Somebody help!!!!!! Looking dragpipe like sound through some type of muffler???

Bassani pipes sound great and make goodpower. We have some of our own exhaust and headpipe options also.
Why do you feel you need to keep the cross over pipe? Only for looks?
