Greetings from Kirkland, Wa. Although I've scanned this forum periodically over the past couple months, I finally decided to officially join. I've been riding motorcycles (beginning with dirt bikes) for over 40 years. I've owned (as best as I can recall) 23 motorcycles including; BSA, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Ducati, and Victory. Bought my first (and current) Harley in April 2005. She's an '05 Electra Glide Classic in Black Cherry. I can honestly say that she's the most comfortable touring scoot I've owned. Better than my old Goldwing, the Victory, or the Yamaha Venture's I've owned and definitely much improved over my Dad's '65 Electra Glide panhead that I used to sneak off with! About 18k on the clock now. I've added K&N air filter, V&H Fuelpak and am on my third set of mufflers trying to find the right sound without too much noise. I've really been enjoying all the posts, the wit, and the technical information and believe this is the best website of its kind! Thank You.
