Have been coming here for many moons via Google searches...thought I should join, always good stuff to be read here. Just bought (last spring) a 2007 Fatboy, formerly rode a 2002 Deuce which upon FINALLY customizing the way I wanted, I traded it in on a misguided notion that I wanted something more 'touring'. Now I am busilydisfiguring my FB back into my Deuce sorta....geezuz, all I needed was ghost brackets and freakin bags!!! Ah well, the six speed is nice :-)
I have a bad habit of buying parts then changing direction...likely some here will benefit from my fickle nature.:-)
Anyway, will post some picks once done and my bank account is completely drained.
Welcome and howdy from Texas!! I know the feeling of buying parts and then deciding to go another route. I have gotten to know my UPS driver pretty well. My wife is jealous of all the time I spend on Ebay, searching, buying, selling....At least she knows where I am and what I'm doing!! hahaha
