Well, whats up brothers. Ive been wondering as to what I would come back to after having signed off this forum this morning, and it appears things are getting back to order, and back in focus. Good job. Seems everyone is on the same page, and for those that are not its becoming known.
I will tell you though. I looked at the thread on the vtx forum referanced above. They were pretty worried about us all going to their site and gang banging. I pretty much knew that wouldn't happen, but REAL happy to see that it didn't. I also want to add that it seemed, at least to me, that most of their users weren't real happy about a couple of them bashing our house.
Although I really didn't care much. Just glad we conducted ourselves relatively well under the circumstances. I'm proud of y'all.
I guess the bottom line is like Clammy said, this is a Harley Davidson forum or now American V Twin Talk, I'd like to keep it that way.[sm=exactly.gif]
I subscribe to over 30 forums, of which I have actually written a couple of them. I see flaming all the time. It usually dies off relatively quickly, mainly because users get bored of it. But I would have to agree that I would like THIS particuliar forum kept HD related. If I wanted info on another make, I would read THAT forum.
On this forum, it does make a difference. Out on the highway it doesn't, as far as I am concerned.
I would modify to say that, if you're talking about something other than HD (except in passing) on this forum...but on the road, it doesn't. I have no problems with other makes, but I'm HERE to discuss Harleys.

I pretty much agree. If I wanted to talk about Hondas, I'd go somewhere else...
PocoCJ,
I just wanted to say thanks for the awesome response you put up on the VTXOA. I hope that ends this and everyone can move forward. As for your needing a hand in your shop......well.... I'm in N. Jersey so it might take a while before I get there. I drink Black Cherry soda so that might help get me there faster.
