Retired firefighter 27+ years. IAFF 1235. A friend & I bought Suzuki C-50's in July of 06. Afterwe rodein Colorado in Sept 07 he decided he needed a new bike.We'd ride to Harley dealers on weekends. In Oct. I bought an 07 Sportster.I'd often heard it said that when you ride a Harley you'll know there is a difference.I always thought, "Come on, it's a motorcycle!" Well, one mile into my test rideon the Sportster Iknew therewas a difference and the 08 Road King (ABS) should be in next week.I'm keeping the Sportster. What ever it is, I got it real bad.And I love it. The friends Ultra Classic is due in this week.
