To be honest, the download is for the SE pipes and AC combo. That's what the download is tuned for. The best you can do is some kind of wide band auto tuner. Notwithstanding that, the download is better than nothing. But the Wild Pigs aren't really designed for the SE air cleaner. Maybe something that breathes a little more. And then, you need more fuel. The best bet is an aftermarket tuner or the SERT. Have to have it dyno'ed to get it exact.
FI systems are a little less forgiving that carbed models and jets, but they can be tweaked to runn better than a carbed bike ever could. Depends on how much you want to spend.
