Hi All, just introducing myself. The name is earned, I'm afraid. Anyone who has ever lead groups has done it, just not as bad as I did 5 years ago.....
Anyhow, I've been riding this time around for 8 years, and 3 years the time before that. I've owned 1 each Suzuki, Kawasaki andHonda before my Softail Heritage that I've had since September '02. I like Harleys, but am not a brand snob. Our riding club has quite a mixed stable.
I do a bit of commuting, a small ride most every Friday Night and try to get in at least some sort of ride on the weekends. It's becoming easier to do so at last. Good thing too. I've only got 23k on this bike. I also have taken 4 longer trips of 2200, 2500, and 2-3000 miles from North Carolina to the Northeast (old stomping grounds). 1 solo, and 3 times leading groups of 7, 12 and 18.
Welcome, I'm around the fayetteville area (Hope Mills) When ya goin up to the NE again?? I'm ridin up to laconia on the 15th of jun and laying up in MD for the night (Hagerstown) Figured I'd go the I-81 route and not I-95 (well, on 95 for a little ways)
