new to hdforums...got a new 06flst ...from australia....first new harley ...first experience with dealer at first service "they all do that"....first impressions for myself after 3600klm's -- time to learn how it works myself...

Wise choic in learning yourself. I know down under there arn't a whole lot of dealers so hope your a good wrench. Ask your questions here someone will point you in the right direction.

Welcome from TN. You're correct, get a shop manual and save some bucks. Check out our DIY's (Do It Yourself) room, lots of great info there.
