[sm=hail.gif]We bow to all the Legends! And to all of you that have been there done that, and maybe have a few tricks up your sleeve, and are willing to share those tricks. My husbands dream has come true to own a HD. We are so excited to own a 2001 HD Road King. [sm=happy046.gif]We'll get pics up soon, but she sure is pretty. There doesn't seem to be a lot of bike events here in Oregon, but some great senic rides. We saw STURGIS 2004 bikeless[sm=boohoo.gif] We were thinking maybe we can get to know some others around here to do some traveling with. Sometimes it might be nice to ride with other couples.[sm=smiley14.gif] We have been planning a trip to the Hollister Rally this year, but I read it's been canceled, so we thought we'd go for a ride to Lake Tahoe, my husband has been, but I haven't. I still can't believe it was canceled does this happen often to rallies, and gatherings?

Wow, what an entry
. It's not common to cancel a rally like Hollister. The city council just wasn't making the kinda cash they felt they needed to put up with us bikers.
Head to Sturgis in August. I guarantee you it will be a good time.
We have lots of friendly and knowledgeable members here. Stick around and have some fun with us.

First of all, welcome aboard! I am from Springfield, OR and hope to go to the Rhoddy Festival and Bikefest in Seaside this summer. Check the calender on the HOG web page and they should be on there. I just got my first Harley (Softail Standard) a couple weeks ago. Finally!!!
