I've tried to get a picture in and gone from way large to nothing.
Here goes again.

This time the size is ok but it isn't clear.
Any ideas how to fix it?
I resized with MS Photo Editor.
Thanks

Start with a good quality larger picture and reduce it down to 320 x 240. You can not enlarge a small picture and retain the quality. I use www.imageshack.us to reduce my pictures. You can re-size them while you upload them. 320 x 240 is the perfect size for your sig pic.
