sreaming eagle VCI tuner
I have a 2008 electra glide classic and have changed slip ons and air filter. \\; I brought my bike to local dealer and they are trying to hook-up the screaming eagle tuner to my bikes interface and the S/E tuner isn't reading anything from the bike. \\; This is a new system for them and they are looking at using my bike to check it out. \\; My question is, is there a special process used to activate the lap top to read from my bike. \\; We have checked all connections comming from the bike to the USB cable to computer. \\; We have downloaded all of the updates required, and still the ICON is showing that there is no connection. \\; When we go to the main drive on the computer, it shows that the screaming eagle tuner is connected in the USB port. \\; What gives?
