My name is Buddy and I live in Cary, North Carolina. I bought a 2008 Vivid Black Street Bob a few months ago and came across this forum and decided to join. Since there are so many problems with posting you have not heard much from me but I am still trying and if you are reading this it means that I finally made it. Anyway, about my Street Bob. I have been modifying and riding and just having a great time. I rode sport bikes for many years before deciding on a Harley and if I had known how much fun it really was I would have owned one long ago. So far I have added the following to the stock bike. Harley smart security system, Harley forward controls w/Chrome and rubber pedals, Screaming Eagle cut baffle slip on mufflers, Screaming Eagle air filter, Power Commander PCIII, Classic Chrome screw and bolt covers on whole bike, Classic Chrome axle bolt covers front and rear, Flames grips, Flames gold and chrome derby cover, Flames gold and chrome fuel cap cover, Chrome voltage regulator cover, Mustang wide studded super touring seat w/recessed studded sissy bar pad, Harley chrome medallion style upright with rigid chrome mounting brackets, smoked visor style chrome turn signal covers, chrome visor headlight trim ring, Windvest 14” smoked windshield, and finally the Harley gold and chrome Live to Ride 3 ½” universal medallion to hide the screw on the backrest pad.
That’s about it for now. I just wanted to say hello and let you know how much I enjoy the forum.
