Welcome from Atlanta. Prog, you will find that as a group, forum members include a lot of music lovers, so no messenger killing will be necessary. good idea on the MSF course. I was for forced to take the course in order to ride my bike on the military base a few years ago. I resented that, because I had been riding since the sixties, but the course was very valuable. Not always a bunch of fun, but it was good for me and probably prevented me from making mistakes on my first Harley. And, as always, when a group of bikers are thrown together, friendships are made. Don't neglect looking at used Sportsters and Superglides. They are great bikes and will be available for a lot less than the shiny new machines. You will want to add your touch to anything you buy anyway. Good luck.
