Performance 2008 Road King

HERE WE GO!!!! 2008 Road King, I'm planning/researching /installing a Stage IV kit, BUT replacing the 110+ heads with MVA CNC port heads, replacing the 260 cams with Wood 400-6 or 408-6 cams, roller tappets & lifters, oil cooler, clutch, Bassani 2into1 Road Rage. Need advise on the bottom end, & who does a good job without the gold plated cost. AND NOW I'm ready for all the experts out there to let me know how stupid my chooses are.
