Hi folks!
Not really new here 'cause I've been hanging around for quite some time, and I just thought it was about time to say Hi to all of you here. And to let you guys know that I've been reading lots of interesting stuff on this forum.
I'm living in Belgium and after a Canadian friend let me rode his early FXSTC, back in the late 80's, things have never been the same since... Felt completely in love with this bike and started saving money on the spot.
So, I got a '78 ironhead sporty the year after, changed to an '76 FXE for the rest of the 90's. Man, that were hard times with that FXE for a non-mechanic as me, but gladly my riding buddies knew more about repairing shovelheads than i did ;-) Then I stopped riding for a couple of years, and after some years on a '91 Dyna Sturgis, in 2007 the MOCO came up again with the Softail Custom. Couldn't resist this time....
Well, now that I'm no longer invisible, i'd better move on to my first thread.
