Welcome to HDF DocF! That's a great story, glad it worked out. A lot of us stopped riding for years and are back into it now, some with, some without the consent of their better halves. Hopefully, she'll take to riding also and you two can share the joy!

That's a cool story. I have always noticed that most guys shopping the dealership showroom floor have their wife with them and it doesn't take long for the wives to start warming up to the idea of getting a HD. They get surrounded by all of the merchandise and the image and get excited. Worked for me. It just gets a little expensive when they want their own ride... but that's money I don't mind spending.
