Howdy everyone, just wanted to say hello. I'm from a rural area in north eastern Ohio. We have some beautiful riding here as long as you steer clear of the horse crap on the roads. I'm smack dab in the middle of the worlds largest Amish settlement. I've just recently purchased my first Harley and have yet to ride it more than a mile because of the hard winter we've had. I picked up an 03 FXST with about 10K miles on it. Although that model wasn't my first choice, the price was right, and I loved look of that particular bike.
While I don't have any good pictures yet, I'll be taking some soon once I get the bike out of the shop. It's getting the once over and also having a new primary cover installed. It's something I could have done myself, but I figured why hassle with it if it was going in anyways.
Although this is my first HD, I've been riding for about 10 years and previously owned a Suzuki. So far I've really enjoyed all your pictures and the rest of the site and look forward to being a member here.
Welcome from Falls Church, VA and congrats on the FXST! Don't let anyone give you any crap, especially the horses.
Usually I can steer clear but every now and then you just have to hit some. The wife is always impressed when I come home with bugs on my hair and crap splattered on my jeans. It turns her on like nothing else .
