Riders E d g e Training

Wow was that well orchestrated! Just had a great experience getting back into biking. Can't imagine what the heck I was thinking years ago learning from m y friends. Wonder I am still alive. One thing. I am one sore puppy! My back, left arm and neck are all sore beyond belief! Need Advil tonight. Muscles I have not used in many years are screaming at me. Lesson learned to stretch and work out even lightly before jumping on a bike for the first time again for 5 hours. If anyone is taking training from any source for the first time riding, make sure that you try to get some exercise in!

welcome, I haven't takes the course but like anything else, training by untrained people teaches the bad habits along with any good.
