New Rider

Howdy Everyone!

New Rider here from Northern New Mexico. I bought my very first bike last night; a 99 883 Sportster from a fellow HOG. It still needs paperwork done before I can bring it home, but I can't hardly WAIT!!! Just passed the Rider's Edge class last week and plan on a little practice in the neighborhood before hitting the road.

Any suggestions from readers who remember their first ride will be GREATLY appreciated as I want to live long enough to be cool!
