Most of the simple questions like mufflers, seats. Cams, tires, and handlebars have been asked hundreds of times, and a search will help you sort out what your needs are.
You dont indicate if you've any prior experience riding motorbikes. Assuming you do, why not try a test ride or even rent an Electra Glide and see how you like it for the type of riding you have in mind.
If you dont have previous experience, or its been quite a few years since you rode, why not consider taking a riders training course before you shell out $$$ on a bike.

Hey thanks all, sorry. I've been ridin for 13 years,I do have a 98 electra glide with custom paint 80ci, fuel injected, along with the pull behind trailer. I'm trying to sell it now and found one on here I really liked so sighned up. The wife and I want to up grade the bike to a bit newer model. You Brit guys will like this, I also have a 71 bonneville, I'm working on. 4 weeks ago the damn bugga broke my leg. I just got to excited trying to kick it over and slipped off. Last week I managed to ride the Harley though so I'm back in the game. Once again take care all.
