top end noise

top end noise
I have a 02 roadking classic with about 62000 ks on it and on cold starts or after the bike sits for a hour or so it makes a knocking noise , seems to be coming from the rear rocker,lasts for about 2 min than goes away,also at certain speeds I here a lifter noise fairley loud around 55 mph,throtle up and it goes away then again at about 65mph ,I use amsoil 20-50 every 5000 ks or so
can anyone give me a idea what they think it is
