I see you mentioned something about Hawgeye's Dealers & Stealers page. DFW area is a tough area - too much money so the dealers haven't been all that interested in working with customers. Mebbe it has changed recently. If you don't mind a short trip up the road to the Wichita Falls area, check out Red River HD in Iowa Park. Good people, good prices.
Has something changed with the MSF course? When my wife took it last year she went to the DPS to take a written test for a learner's permit, then took the course. After passing, she took her MSF paperwork back to the DPS and got her license. She didn't have to take another test with the DPS.
