I have an 06 Street Glide with ESFI that had a 2 into 1 Thunder header with a power commander, stage one download, and the 8 degree injectors. It sounded like junk so I went back to the stock exhaust for now. NOW my pipes get see through red right at the cylinders, and I get a coughing noise out of the air cleaner, when it has sat for and hour or more, before it stalls out. I took off the air cleaner to see what the noise was, and right behind the intake runner (the butterfly like flap) there was fire coming out. Can someone help me. I don't have 1000 bucks for a guy to just look at the dumb thing.
