First Harley @ 56
Picked up my 09 Electra Glide last Wednesday. Been riding something since I was 19 years old. Traded in a Yamaha 08 Raider, which was a sweet ride. We were starting to do more traveling so I thought I would try a bagger. Wow, I couldn't be more thrilled with my ride! I probably should have bought a Harley 30 years ago! Looking forward to getting some helpful tips from the forum.

Lots of areas to read & learn. Newbie questions,like (whats the best); Bike, Cams, Pipes, seats, tires & Oils, are asked over & over & over.
Do a search in here or Google will help U learn and also Click on the (HD Knowledge base) blue highlighted line at the top of page helps, its a reference guide to this site.

Hey Joe ---- I'm almost 54 & just got my 1st Harley this past May --- also an 09 EG Classic! Great isn't it?!! I'm really happy with mine. I got the black & pewter 2-tone, with the red pinstripe around the pewter.
