New from Calgary/Canada

I got a 99 Fatboy. I bought the bike from a ham sandwich that has to much money. I have slowly been discovering what I own. The guy I bought it from told me it has adjustable push rods a few months after I owned it. My local dealer said they had troubles set my carb...I have recently found that I got an Ev27 Cam. I already put on a S&S carb and intake and V&H long shot exhaust. Would anyone be able to tell me is this combo okay?
