Thanks for the welcome everyone.

There is an EagleRider in my area so I will check with them on the Softail Custom rental. It would be nice to get a days worth of riding in to get a good feel for the bike.

The dealer has offered a demo ride as well but that would be a fairly short ride.

Excellent suggestion, rent one.. ive seen and known many people who have abought a tractor and then realized its way to heavy etc..
