Default HD Rocker C Performance?

I have a new HD Rocker and had the pipes changed to the Vance and Hines Big Radius 2 - 2 and the Drak breather. The guys at the HD shop did the work but I don't feel any performance improvement. I also find that the bike runs hotter. I do live in the tropics but some have told me to have the power commander or Vance and Hines fuel pack. Any suggestions? I really don't want to spend the money unless it's going to make a differance. Help?

Also if anyone out there has suggestions on the Heartland ez rocker conversion, particularly the shocks and the effect of lowering it. I'll post pictures in a couple of weeks when I have the Heartland stuff on. Thanks!

Welcome and congrats on your new Rocker!

Yes, if you've changed the pipes and breather, you need some ECM adjustment. There are several choices, but my preference is the ThunderMax with AutoTune. Not cheap, but well worth it! You'll also get recommendations for many others, but the bottom line is, you won't see any improvement until you upgrade your ECM in some fashion.

If you put the Heartland kit on your Rocker, you definitely should get it lowered. Again, you'll get lots of different recommendations, but mine would be to get the Progressive Suspension "Drop-In" Fork Lowering Kit for the front and, for the rear, either the Progressive Suspension 422 Series Shocks or the Arnott Air Suspension.

Enjoy your ride!

Did U put any F/M on or just leave it alone or do the HD download,, it all makes a difference
\
I did the stg1 and sert and dyno and it will make a difference, but If U do it on the cheap U will end up with a sub par tune...
