How do I... User Profile Question

On the right side of you user profile page there are a bunch of boxes
Mini Statistics
Garage
Friends
Albums
Group Membership
Recent Visits

The boxes can be collapsed, but I cant expand them.

Can some tell me how to reopen these boxes... I feel like a schmuck for having to ask this.

I have the same problem. Deleted the cookies as suggested but won't come back.
