Hey everyone
Hows things going? I am a 42 year old newbie. After 13+ years of the wife telling me no she finally said YES yesterday and I went to Centennial Park Harley Davidson in Pataskala, Ohio and bought a 2006 XLH 833 Sportster. I am really stoked about this bike because this is my first one and yes I plan on taking a RIdersEdge Course to learn how to ride. Now that I bought it I keep hearing people say that it is a girls bike. Someone please tell me this ain't true.

Howdy from Dallas. It is not a chick bike, just that most chick riders choose the Sporty lines b/c they are lighter and easier to fit on. I was looking at the Sportys this year to add to the collection, but the Bob called to me.
