Back on a Harley again.
Hi all,
Just bought a new 09 Road Glide so I am back to riding a Harley again. Sold my metric sport-tourer, and it was nice in a lot of ways, but for long rides a real touring bike is the best. This is my fourth Harley product (I had 1 Buell) so I'm not a Harley newbie, but this is the first true touring bike I've owned. My local dealer knew I was leaning towards a Harley but was also going to look at other brands, so he got me to buy a Harley by giving me a price I couldn't pass up. The Road Glide is quite a bit heavier than my last bike but I am pleasantly surprised at how well it handles in the twisties, and it is noticeable more comfortable as a road cruiser....... Ride safe and I'll be reading you posts.
