My name is Darrell Olson and I live in Cheyenne, WY. I got my first Harley in November of 2006. I picked up a 2006 Fat Boy (FLSTFI). It was white with the Blue Pearl. So My first addition was a sissy bar and backrest for my wife to ride on the back. I added some skull derby cover, timer cover, and flamed grips. I then added the chrome switch housing and switches. Later I added bassani snakecharmer pipes. They blued pretty bad, so I scuffed 'em up and layed down flat black header paint. The black looked really good.
This winter I am stripping the awesome White Pearl paint and laying down Ford Mustang Red with Shelby inspired racing stripes. I am moving the rear up from a 150 to a 160. I am also putting new Porker Switchblades to replace the bassani's.
I was looking for a before picture, but cannot find them right now.
Anyway, glad to be here and look forward to learning from you all and sharing my experiences.
Darrell L Olson
