Just throwing in my hat
Since I started out with a question as a newbie and then saw it was expected that I introduce myself in the new members section, here I am.
Info about me (because everyone likes talking about themselves...)
Just joined the forums and have an 05' softail standard (FXST).
I am a consultant (server and network implementation/support). Been riding since I was 7 years old. My dad has always been an off-road and street rider.
I just got off a kick of racing outlaw go-karts. I also just closed a machine shop that produced performance parts for 4-stroke outlaw karting (enemies were 2-strokes). I still have all my tooling from my machine shop (got my mill and 2 lathes, etc... in storage). I have always and still do ride off-road.
I currently have more projects than I can finish and I am dying for weather over 40 degrees so i can ride.
If anyone is ever coming to southern Indiana, drop me a line...
It is by far the best riding in the area...
